Our Fees
Transparent and Clear
Our methods of charging are always transparent and clear.
We can charge for ad-hoc work at our usual hourly rates, or we can agree fixed fees for a particular project or job.
We always agree fees with our clients before raising our invoices – we make sure that there are no surprises, and you don’t need to worry about the clock ticking.
We do not believe in tying clients into long term arrangements – we only require one months’ notice to terminate the service.

Our clients tell us that they prefer a fixed monthly fee so that they can budget for our input and guidance without worrying about the clock ticking.
We have set our monthly retainer fee at a level which gives you open and unlimited access to us throughout the month. Our fixed monthly fee for this service is £3300 +VAT per month for unlimited usage.
We monitor your usage and every 3 months we review the retainer amount with you based on what you need.
We can charge on an hourly basis too although our core service is based on our monthly retainer - our hourly rates are £300 for GC services and £400 for Board services.
