About Heather Bellin, founder of Happy Leaders

As an expert in “everything human” Heather founded Happy Leaders with the objective of enabling leaders and organisations to thrive and achieve optimum levels of performance by focusing on the human elements of how to become happier, more trustworthy & resilient and how to foster effective relationships at work.   

Heather has 25 years in Management, including 16 years as Head of People for multinational organisations in Switzerland and 10 years in coaching & mentoring executives. Heather is multilingual, speaking French English Spanish & Italian. She has a Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is an ICF and EMCC Accredited Coach.

Heather has advised individuals & organisations globally in multiple sectors (Public & Private Health, Medical Media & PR, Energy, Data Science & Retail)
